SUNDAY SERVICE TIMES
9AM  |  11AM  |  6PM

SUNDAY MAY 26
OVERWHELMED: I’m the Only One

Why do people TRULY get overwhelmed? Is it just the way we’re created? Does this speak to biology? The way we’re each individually raised to handle a little stress vs. a lot of stress? Or is there maybe something else going on? We think something deeper is happening beneath the surface - and in this series, we’ll identify a few things that might be causing this feeling - and then we’ll talk about how to deal with them.

-COMING UP-

Sleep In Heavenly Peace Build Day (Close Up Initiative)
Saturday, June 15   |  9:00am - 12:00pm, 1:00 - 4:00pm

Imagine a sleepy you crawling into your soft, cozy bed at night. Feels great, doesn’t it? Most of us take for granted that our beds are waiting for us at the end of the day. But for many children of low income families in the Bay Area, they don’t have a bed to call their own. Sleep In Heavenly Peace provides free, well-made bunk beds to those in need so that no child has to sleep on the floor.
On Saturday June 15th, we have the chance to make a difference and we need your help! Whether it's the morning or afternoon shift, we want you to join us here at CrossWinds to help build some bunkbeds. Our build shop is in one of the barns over the bridge, and all are welcome (no experience needed.) To learn more about Sleep In Heavenly Peace and to let us know you're coming, please contact Stacey Brown.

The Enneagram is an excellent tool for personal and relational transformation and is a vital spiritual resource for whatever path you may be on. It is a nine-point diagram that captures the nine basic personality types, each with its own distinct patterns of thinking, feeling and acting. This one-day, retreat serves as an introduction to the nine personality types of the Enneagram. It will help you discover and empower you to live into the unique person God created you to be as well as propel you toward personal growth, healing and better relationships.
Our facilitators, Joanna & John Quintrell, are both certified Enneagram teachers. The morning session will cover an introduction to the Enneagram and give the opportunity for individual reflection on your WEPSS inventory results. During the afternoon, we will explore the Enneagram in depth, gaining insight and practical tools for deeper self-understanding and greater compassion for others.
Participants must take the online WEPSS Enneagram inventory $10 at www.wepss.com prior to the workshop, as the content is based on having your results with you.
