What supplies will be at my table? Your table will be supplied with table tent signage (indicating your group name and leader--you), tablecloth, pens, your Community Life nametag, Community Life Directories, and information cards on your group. (These cards are handy if someone is interested in your group but does not want to take an entire directory!)
How long do I have to be at my table? We’re glad you asked! During each Rally Sunday, we would like someone to be at your table in between the two services and after the last service (10:20 am-12:15 pm approximately). It is important that people have a face to connect with as they go through the process of getting connected to a CrossWinds community. Thank you for your participation in this event!
Do I have to wear my nametag? Yes! Please wear your nametag—even when you are not attending to your table. If people have questions, this will let people know you are a Community Life Leader.
Registrations and Payments
How do people register for groups? There are a few ways people can register:
1) Fill out a Registration Form. (found in the Community Life booklet or at the Community Life Counter) Drop the form off at the Community Life counter. If there is a fee associated with your group, registrants can pay at the counter during Rally Weeks. Cash, check, and credit card accepted.
2) Register them yourself on the Group Registration Form. There will be a two-part form on your Rally table. If someone would like to register, simply have them fill out their information. Then you can register them online through Shelby Webview. (See your Group Management through Shelby Webview sheet). If there is a fee involved, please do not use this option. Send them to the counter or have them register online. Thank you!
3) Register online at www.crosswindschurch.org under "Community Life > Groups." Payment may be taken online.
What if someone contacts me and wants to register for my group once Rally Weeks are over? If you have room left in your group, you can register them yourself through Shelby webview or they can register online through the CrossWinds website.
